Sometimes 03:34
Sometimes I promise you I care for you; you know that I would be here waiting I’m telling you, I’m there for you You know that I’m stood here waiting Sometimes the world can get so complicated But some things are simple, they just need protecting I can’t promise you The hurt you knew, will disappear and go forever, But I can say It’ll fade one day, New memories are there to treasure I know it’s hard I know you don’t know what to do Sometimes life’s hard But you’ve got to find your way through. I promise you

Saturday 04:14
Parcel arrived, what is inside? and who is it for? But the chance flew by, she starts to cry, there’s no one at the door She says ‘its fine, it’s not our time’, she’ll dream the day away ‘It’ll be alright’; she’ll hold on tight and wait for Saturday And a walk down to the park, With her little hand to hold on to ‘Let’s go home its getting dark, There’s so much we have left to do- On Saturday… On Saturday’ Smiles all around, he makes her proud, their time will surely come She talks he hears, love through the years He says ‘loving you is fun’ But underneath there’s no relief, yearning never fades away She starts to weep, a need so deep, she needs her Saturday And a walk down to their park, Just a simple thing to do ‘Please show me out from the dark, There’s this one thing I have to do- One Saturday… On Saturday’ ‘Please be patient with me’, (they both lovingly stare) ‘Wait for eternity, life can seem so unfair’ Parcel arrived, what is inside? and who is it for? But the hope floats by, ‘don’t start to cry- just wait at our door’ She says she’s fine, ‘there’ll be our time’- they’ll enjoy a happy day ‘It’ll be alright’; she knows he’s right ‘it’s soon our special day’

about

this, our second album, sees a continuation of our love for guitar music in all forms and, whilst being eclectic is a challenge in these "must fit into a "pigeon-hole" days, we're not afraid to cross genres in pursuit of our 'art' as we continue to explore themes of loss, love, failure and redemption.

about

West Coast Music Club West Kirby, UK

West Coast Music Club are based on The Wirral, about as far west as you can go in the UK without getting wet. Influenced equally by our proximity to Liverpool and our distance from late 60's California, it is guitar music, in all its forms, that directs the sound of WCMC in pursuit of the perfect song. We hope you enjoy the trip. ... more
